A hot air roaster includes a material container (1), a hot air inlet (8) and a discharge device. The discharge device includes a blocking mechanism (2) and a turnover mechanism (4) for discharging materials. The blocking mechanism (2) can be expanded or moved when the turnover mechanism (4) discharges materials in a rotating manner, so as to avoid damage to the materials or parts of the roaster.
