<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocell and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step of arranging an intermediate layer in a rear surface contact part having a thickness which does not negatively affect reflection or transmission of light passing through the solar cell.
