PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple rail structure of an expansion joint part, which allows early restoration of a connected state of rails after an earthquake. SOLUTION: The rail structure 10 of the expansion joint part used as rails for a transfer machine for transferring loads between two facing buildings across an expansion joint 12 provided in a gap between the skeletons 22A, 22B of the facing buildings A, B, includes fixed rails 14 fixed to the skeletons 22A, 22B of the two buildings; movable rails 16 turnably journaled to the skeleton 22A of one building while both ends 16a are arranged facing to freely engage with the ends 14a of the respective fixed rails 14, and turned by engagement with the ends 14a of the fixed rails 14 fixed to the skeleton 22B of the other building; and elastic parts 18 urging the movable rails 16 in the direction returning into the original positions when the movable rails 16 are turned.
