PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new laminate which is equipped with a structure obtained by laminating a thermosetting resin layer and a thermoplastic resin layer, and has a sufficient welding strength. SOLUTION: The laminate is obtained by laminating a thermosetting resin layer (X layer) and a thermoplastic resin layer (Y layer) which includes a thermoplastic resin B as a main component and one or more kinds of components C selected from (a) phenoxy resin, (b) glycidyl ether-based epoxy resin and (c) aryl amine-based antioxidant.
