PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate stop operation of alarms output from an interlocking source and an interlocking destination due to detection of an abnormality such as a fire and to easily discriminate the interlocking source even when alarm stop is performed. SOLUTION: An interlocking source alarm stop part 74 stops, upon detection of alarm stop operation during output of a failure alarm showing an interlocking source, an alarm sound showing its own linkage source while continuing a display, and further transmits an alarm stop signal to an alarm which is outputting a failure alarm showing an interlocking destination to stop its alarm sound and display. An interlocking destination alarm stop part 76 stops, upon detection of alarm stop operation during output of the failure alarm showing the interlocking destination, only the alarm sound and display showing its own interlocking destination.
