PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air cooling device for gas turbine which can appropriately respond to electricity demand while efficiently cooling sucked air, and a gas turbine combined system power generation plant. SOLUTION: An intake air cooling device for a gas turbine which is employed for a gas turbine consisting of a compressor, a combustor and a turbine, includes a heat exchange means which can cool sucked air sucked into the compressor from the outside and a cooling control part 40 which cools the sucked air by the heat exchange means according to demand output W<SB>PR</SB>of the gas turbine for power generation. The cooling control part 40 compares the demand output W<SB>PR</SB>with the dew-point output W<SB>PDT</SB>when the compressor inlet temperature T<SB>IN</SB>of the sucked air in the compressor inlet is operated at the dew-point temperature T<SB>d</SB>, and sets the compressor inlet temperature T<SB>IN</SB>lower than the dew-point temperature T<SB>d</SB>on condition that balance associated with power generation satisfies a prescribed standard on the basis of a set fuel price P<SB>F</SB>when the demand output W<SB>PR</SB>is larger.
