PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air cooling device for gas turbine which can appropriately respond to electricity demand while efficiently cooling sucked air, and a gas turbine combined system power generation plant. SOLUTION: An intake air cooling device for a gas turbine which is employed for a gas turbine consisting of a compressor, a combustor and a turbine, includes a heat exchange means which can cool sucked air sucked into the compressor from the outside and a cooling control part 40 which cools the sucked air by the heat exchange means according to demand output WPRof the gas turbine for power generation. The cooling control part 40 compares the demand output WPRwith the dew-point output WPDTwhen the compressor inlet temperature TINof the sucked air in the compressor inlet is operated at the dew-point temperature Td, and sets the compressor inlet temperature TINlower than the dew-point temperature Tdon condition that balance associated with power generation satisfies a prescribed standard on the basis of a set fuel price PFwhen the demand output WPRis larger.
