PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize settlement of a loading plate even when rigidity of the loading plate is low. SOLUTION: In the load test device 10, a base concrete 14 is settled along with two or more low pedestals 18 while compressively deforming foundation 12 by way that two or more hydraulic jacks 20 makes a load act vertically downwardly onto the base concrete 14 through the two or more low pedestals 18. A control device 38 controls a load acting on the base concrete 14 for each of the two or more hydraulic jacks 20 connected respectively to hydraulic pumps 32. Hydraulic jacks 20 disposed at lower depressed levels of the base concrete 14 increase the load acting on the base concrete 14. The settlement of the base concrete 14 is equalized, therefore, even when rigidity of the base concrete 14 is low. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
