PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-efficiency indoor air conditioning, by enhancing the heat exchange efficiency between outside air and underground water, in an air conditioner that uses underground water as the heat source water. SOLUTION: A mixed medium of outside air and water is guided to a gas-water separator 10; air separated by the gas-water separator 10 is used for indoor air conditioning; and water separated by the gas-water separator 10 exchanges heat with underground water and is then mixed with the outside air, so that the mixed medium is generated. Mixing regions Z of outside air fed by blowers 30 and water fed by a line pump 40 are provided in feed lines 20 of the mixed medium, leading to the gas-water separator 10.
