PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level which includes a hanging bar to which a connecting ring of a carrying appliance is directly connected, increases the fixation strength of the hanging bar to the implement body in addition, and prevents also contact sound of the connecting ring with the implement body from being generated when the connecting ring is hung on and connected to the hanging bar. SOLUTION: A shock-absorbing protector 4 is formed in a shape concave towards the inside of the implement body 1, and between mutually-opposing rising parts 5 of this shock-absorbing protector 4 in the concave shape, the hanging bar 8 for hanging a connecting ring 7 such as a hook, a carabiner on, is provided in a bridge-like state.
