PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the tight sealing or the sealing of an open part by a fastener by dropping a filler which has entered a recessed linear member of the fastener to a filter side of a packaging bag body, and to prevent the leakage of the filler which has entered the recessed linear member from the open part to the outside of a packaging body. SOLUTION: A packaging bag body forms the filler 4 filled with the filler and forms the open part 3 filled with the filler. The fastener has a projecting linear member 5 and the recessed linear member for tightly sealing or sealing the open part 3 of the packaging bag body. The packaging bag has the packaging bag body and the fastener. The recessed linear member of the fastener has projecting linear pieces 6b and 6c on the filler side and the open part side of the packaging bag body, respectively. The recessed linear member forms an insertion opening 6d of the projecting linear member 5 between the projecting linear pieces 6b and 6c so that the projecting linear member 5 is latched by the recessed linear member by sandwiching the projecting linear member 5 which is inserted from the insertion opening between the projecting pieces 6b and 6c. The projecting pieces 6b of the filler side of the recessed linear member forms a filler through-part for falling the filler in the recessed linear member to the filler 4 of the packaging body.
