PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest of a vehicle seat capable of effectively suppressing generation of both a neck part axial force and a neck part moment in a rear end collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A first extension part 14 and a second extension part 15 which are bifurcated and extended to a front are provided on the upper part of a pair of right and left leg parts 13 of a stay 10. The front end part of the right and left first extension part 14 is connected by a first beam part 16 extending to a seat width direction, and the front end part of the right and left second extension part 15 is connected by a second beam part 17 extending to a seat width direction. In the rear end collision, the generation of the neck's axial force Fz is suppressed by pressing the back surface of a head part H by the first beam part 16 from the upper side, and the generation of the neck part moment My is suppressed by supporting the back surface of the head part H by the second beam part 17 from the lower side.
