PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for actively performing toe adjustment, utilizing a fluid flow of a vehicle body shock absorber for the adjustment of an external cylinder of an adjusting unit. SOLUTION: In the device for actively performing the toe adjustment of a wheel, two hydraulic type vehicle body shock absorbers 7, 8 disposed between a vehicle body 2 and an axle are provided, and the hydraulic type vehicle body shock absorbers 7, 8 are operatively connected to a hydraulic type adjusting unit 6 for the toe adjustment through hydraulic conduits 17-20. The hydraulic type vehicle body shock absorbers 7, 8 are formed as differential cylinders, and a throttle is disposed outside the cylinders of the hydraulic type vehicle body shock absorbers 7, 8. Thus, hydraulic fluid is transferred from one side of separation pistons 10, 14 guided in the cylinders of the hydraulic type vehicle body shock absorbers 7, 8 to the hydraulic type adjusting unit 6 through the throttle, and the hydraulic fluid is also transferred from the hydraulic type adjusting unit 6 to the other side of the separation pistons 10, 14 through the hydraulic conduits 17-20.
