<p>The pressure welding device (100) for forming a tube made of tubularly bent strips (110), comprises two compressing rollers (120, 130), which are formed for conveying the strips and for compressing the two edges of the strips, and a drive unit to drive one of the compressing rollers with a peripheral speed (V(U)) that is adapted related to a conveying speed (V(R)) of the strips and corresponds up to three-times of the conveying speed of the strips and with a number of revolutions that is independent of compressing pressure and/or friction between the two compressing rollers and the strips. The pressure welding device (100) for forming a tube made of tubularly bent strips (110), comprises two compressing rollers (120, 130), which are formed for conveying the strips and for compressing the two edges of the strips, and a drive unit to drive one of the compressing rollers with a peripheral speed (V(U)) that is adapted related to a conveying speed (V(R)) of the strips and corresponds up to three-times of the conveying speed of the strips and with a number of revolutions that is independent of compressing pressure and/or friction between the two compressing rollers and the strips. The compressing rollers lie opposite to a line running vertical to a conveying direction of the strips, and are rotatably mounted in a stationary manner. The drive unit has an electric or pneumatic engine that is formed to drive one compressing roller over a mechanical link at an axis and/or surface of the compressing roller. The pressure welding device is formed to weld to the strips made of aluminum. An independent claim is included for a pressure welding process for forming a tube made of tubularly bent strips.</p> |
