The belt (1) has a loop (10) for detachable connection of a safety agent with the belt. A fixing unit secures the loop, and is formed as a Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) sealing trip (11). A snap-hook of a security device is hung in the loop, and includes a safety rope. Circumference of the loop is about 20 cm, where the loop is made of textile material. Belt layers are sutured with each other, and the loop is arranged between the belt layers. Two belt regions (2, 3) are combined in front of a body of a wearer by a buckle (4) i.e. click-lock buckle. An independent claim is also included for a seat belt system comprising a thigh loop.
