PURPOSE: An initial rain water non-point contaminant treatment system is provided to reduce the water pollution by purifying and separating initial rain with non-point contaminants. CONSTITUTION: An initial rain water non-point contaminant treatment system comprises the following: an initial rain water separation unit(10) installed on the inner surface of a rain pipe(100) corresponding to the direction of the insertion flow of rain water; a first screen separating foreign materials from the rain water; a non-point contaminant purification unit including a filtering agent for non-point contaminants; a initial rain water collecting extension unit, supplying the rain water to the non-point contaminant purification unit; and a blocking unit blocking the rain water supply from the initial rain water separation unit.
