PURPOSE: A contactless alarm valve having a function of sensing flowing water is provided to prevent damage to a sprinkling head due to excessive pressure and malfunction with low costs. CONSTITUTION: A contactless alarm valve having a function of sensing flowing water is comprised of a lever(13), a rotating member(12), a spindle(9), a diaphragm(4), an spring(6). The lever presses the disc(15) of the alarm valve. The rotating member pushes the lever to be rotated. The spindle is moved forward and backwards according to the rotation of the rotating member. The diaphragm is moved forward and backwards with the spindle according to pressure. The spring supplies force pushing the spindle to the internal space of the alarm valve.
