PURPOSE: A bumper for a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing processes because a bumper bracket is integrated in a bumper cover. CONSTITUTION: A bumper for a vehicle comprises a bumper cover(110), a bumper bracket(120), a bumper beam(130), and a coupling unit. The bumper bracket is extended from the bumper cover. The bumper beam is pressed onto the bumper cover. The coupling unit fastens the bumper beam and the bumper bracket. The bumper bracket has a groove for rotation.
