PURPOSE: A crushing dispersion device is provided to effectively crush and disperse a material with high efficiency to solve the problem of energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A crushing dispersion device includes a mill operating shaft(110), mill(120), a mill operating source, an accepting unit(210), a crushing unit(220), a mill base(200), and a location controlling unit. The mill operating shaft is installed to be rotatable and is arranged in up/down direction. The mill operating source rotates the mill operating shaft. The accepting unit accepts the sample and is located in upper part in container feature. The crushing unit is formed into a cone-shape. The mill base includes a discharging hole by penetrating to the outside of lower end of the crushing unit. The location controlling unit controls a relative location of mill and mill base.
