PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten imaging time while reducing artifact generated on images due to respiration.
SOLUTION: A computer system 10 alternately and continuously performs an imaging sequence to collect data for generating a diagnostic image and a navigator sequence to collect data for generating a navigator image as an image for detecting motion. The computer system 10 analyzes the navigator image generated from data collected in the navigator sequence every time the navigator sequence is executed to detect the location of marking indicating a slice excited by the imaging sequence performed prior to the navigator sequence. The computer system 10 estimates motion of a part due to respiration of an examinee based on the detected location of the marking, and corrects the imaging sequence subsequently performed based on the estimated motion of the location.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
