PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner capable of suppressing the warpage of a medium to be recorded.

SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner includes a binding resin and the hydrate of a metal compound having Mohs scale of 2-5. There are disclosed the electrostatic charge image developer, the toner cartridge, the process cartridge and the image forming apparatus, including the electrostatic charge image developing toner; the image forming method using the electrostatic charge image developing toner; and the image structure having a toner image by the electrostatic charge image developing toner, on the medium to be recorded.
