<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility data managing method of a power system, capable of readily grasping the operating state of facility data, by unitarily managing the facility data at each site. <P>SOLUTION: A wide-area distribution monitoring control system includes a plurality of main computers A equipped with a monitoring control function for a plurality of operation points, and a maintenance computer C which generates facility data to be referenced at execution of the monitoring control function. The maintenance computer C performs management by maintenance subject when generating facility data. The facility data related to a maintenance subject is generated as single source data. When correction of facility data is required, the source data is corrected. The facility data generated based on the source data is distributed to the main computer A as facility data waiting for switching together with operation date and time. The accepted facility data waiting for switching is used for on-line operation instead of facility data being currently used after the date and time of the operation.
