<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm by associating an actual operational rule about document data with information about a rule to be referenced by a system during use of the document data. <P>SOLUTION: An input screen is displayed which includes an entire document indicating operational rules having an input part for inputting a word representing a definition about handling of document data and a word representing rule information related to the definition by use of a rule conversion definition. From a rule document generated on the basis of a word representing the definition and a word representing the rule information input into the input part, a word representing the definition and a word representing rule information related to the definition are extracted.
