<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of suppressing a lowering in power generation efficiency caused by defects. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the photoelectric conversion device includes: first steps S30 to S38 of laminating a transparent electrode 12, a photoelectric conversion unit 14, and a rear surface electrode 16 in this order to form a structure of serial connection of a photoelectric conversion cell; a second step S40 of measuring a characteristic of the photoelectric conversion cell; and third steps S42, S44 of removing the transparent electrode 12, the photoelectric conversion unit 14, and the rear surface electrode 16 along the direction of the serial connection according to the measurement results to divide the serially connected photoelectric conversion cell into a plurality of regions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
