<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based vessel showing excellence in a gas barrier property and flavor retainability and hardly breaking even when the vessel drops. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester-based vessel obtained by a thermoforming method includes: a single layer including a polyester-based resin composition obtained by mixing at least two components of 80 to 98 mass% of a polyester (A) and 20 to 2 mass% of a polyamide (B) obtained by polycondensing a diamine unit containing≥70 mol% of a meta-xylylene diamine unit and a dicarboxylic acid unit containing≥70 mol% of anα,ω-aliphatic dicarboxylic acid unit; or a multilayer structure made by laminating one or more of the layers. The polyamide (B) is dispersed in the polyester (A). When the surface of the vessel body is observed by a TEM observation in magnification of 10,000, the average length of the dispersed particle in the longer axis direction is≤1μm, and the average length in the longer axis direction is≥1 to≤2.5 times of the average length in the shorter axis direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
