<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hyaluronic acid mixture used for treating and preventing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). <P>SOLUTION: The hyaluronic acid mixture used for treating and preventing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is produced by mixing two or more sorts of hyaluronic acids, wherein the two or more sorts of hyaluronic acids have different weight-average molecular weights (Mw), namely the two or more sorts of hyaluronic acids have different fluid changes, have both a tissue structure and isolation function, and resolvability in a solution; and the hyaluronic acid mixture obtained has a suitable therapeutic effect and an aging character, is used for treating and preventing inflammatory bowel disease (for example, colitis ulcerosa, acute enterocolitis, chronic enterocolitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome or union of wound of stomach and intestine), and attains an action which has both an immediate effect and slow acting effect of treating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
