PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new moisture-permeable waterproof cloth fabric applicable widely for cold-protective wear, a sport wear, a casual wear and the like, while holding excellent moisture-permeable waterproof performance, and recycle-usable after disposal. SOLUTION: This moisture-permeable waterproof cloth fabric is laminated with a polyamide elastomer film on one face of a cloth fabric constituted of a polyamide fiber, via an adhesive. The polyamide elastomer film is constituted of a polyether block amide copolymer containing a hard segment and a soft segment, a nylon 6, a nylon 11, and nylon 12 are preferably used individually or mixedly as the hard segment, and a polyalkylene glycol is used preferably as the soft segment.
