PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a vehicle body speed accurately and determine slip with high accuracy in a vehicle slip determination device. SOLUTION: The slip determination device includes a slip determination section for determining a wheel slip state of the vehicle based on a first wheel speed value obtained by a first wheel speed sensor and a vehicle body speed estimated value determined based on a vehicle body longitudinal acceleration. When the wheel is not slipping, as the vehicle body longitudinal acceleration, a value is used that is obtained by adding a low frequency component of a differential value of a second wheel speed value obtained by a second wheel speed sensor to a high frequency component of an acceleration value obtained by a longitudinal acceleration sensor.
