摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformation measuring system or the like capable of measuring the deformation of an established structure with high accuracy by measuring relative positions of two or more three-axis sensors while considering an effect of conductivity. SOLUTION: This typical deformation measuring system includes a three-axis moving sensor 110 embedded in the established structure 102; a three-axis reference sensor 112 disposed near a surface of the established structure; a three-axis calibration sensor 114; a signal receiving section 116 receiving signals outputted from the three-axis sensors; an input section 118 inputting conductivity; a calibration magnetic field lead-out section 122 implementing a first magnetic field analysis to lead out magnetic strength H<SB>1</SB>; a conversion ratio lead-out section 124 leading out a conversion ratio; a magnetic field conversion section 126 calculating magnetic strength H<SB>2</SB>based on an induced voltage E<SB>2</SB>detected by the three-axis sensors and the conversion ratio; and a position identification section 128 implementing a second magnetic field analysis to identify a position of the three-axis sensor which has excited the magnetic field inducing the induced voltage E<SB>2</SB>.
