PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of kinds of voltage values to be outputted while preventing an increase in the number of capacitors. SOLUTION: A plurality of first power accumulating elements to be charged by a power supply are connected in series to form a serial power accumulating element group. The serial power accumulating element group is used to charge a second power accumulating element. The serial power accumulating element group is connected to a load to apply a voltage while switching between a state where the charged second power accumulating element is connected in series to the serial power accumulating element group and a state where it is not connected in series. By doing this, two kinds of voltages can be outputted in the case where the second power accumulating element is connected in series and the case where it is not connected in series. Accordingly, since the two kinds of voltages can be outputted for each of the plurality of states where the number of first power accumulating elements forming the serial power accumulating element group is different, by providing only the second power accumulating element, the number of voltages to be outputted is remarkably increased.
