PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail forwarding system, an electronic mail server for transmitting side portable telephone, an electronic mail server for receiving side portable telephone and a program for the potable telephone which can forward an electronic mail for the portable telephone transmitted making a former electronic mail address as a destination to a new electronic mail address even when a user of the portable telephone changes the electronic mail address by MNP (Mobile Number Portability). SOLUTION: The electronic mail server for transmitting side portable telephone specifies a portable telephone carrier after change which is the portable telephone carrier after change using a MSISDN (Mobile subscriber ISDN Number) of the portable telephone corresponding to the former electronic mail address obtained based on the former electronic mail address, forwards an electronic mail added MSISDN information including the MSISDN to an electronic mail server 4 for the receiving side portable telephone.
