摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance utilization efficiency of an organic material deposited on a donor substrate. SOLUTION: In a deposition method and a manufacturing method of a light-emitting element using the same, a light absorbing layer and a first organic material layer are formed on a first substrate having a first concave part and a second concave part placed at a center of the first concave part on a first surface, the first organic material layer is liquefied by heating it, the liquefied first organic material layer is collected in the second concave part, a second substrate is set opposed to the first surface of the first substrate, light is irradiated from a second surface of the opposite side from the first surface, and the first organic material layer collected in the second concave part is dried off by irradiating light to form a second organic layer on the second substrate.
