PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module wherein a motor feed terminal and a sensor terminal are mounted, at the same time, on a substrate of an imaging element that enables reflow furnace treatment and thereby reduction of components, thinness, and compactness are attained. SOLUTION: The camera module 1 includes a driving mechanism body 10 in which a lens portion 2, a lens-driving portion 3 driving the lens portion in an optical axis direction, and a sensor portion 4 for lens position confirmation are disposed in the inside of a case; and a board on which the imaging element and a conductive pattern are mounted. In the camera module, a driving source of the lens driving portion 3 is specified as a motor 5, a feeding terminal 13 of the motor and a terminal 14 of the sensor portion 4 are protruded from one surface side of the case 11 so as to allow to be connected directly on the mounting board of the imaging element, and both terminals 13 and 14 are disposed vertically to the mounting board.
