PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusion lens sheet laminate having high heat-resistance and moisture-resistance, having improved dimensional stability against a temperature change and a humidity change, and preventing contrast unevenness even in a long-term use. SOLUTION: The diffusion lens sheet laminate is produced by laminating a diffusion sheet and a lens film via an air layer. The diffusion sheet is composed of a sheet containing glass fibers, and also, the basis weight of the diffusion sheet is≤300g/m<SP>2</SP>, the Haze ratio of the diffusion sheet measured by a single method (JIS K7105) is≥75%, the total light transmittance of the diffusion sheet is≥50%, and a distance between the diffusion sheet and the reference plane of the lens film is in the range of 700 nm to 10 mm.
