PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing potting decoration article capable of improving productivity of a potting decoration article. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a potting decoration article 1 includes: a printing step S10 for pad-printing a base coating material 12a onto a resin base 10 to form a base layer 12; a dropping step S20 for dropping a potting coating material 13a onto the base layer 12 to form a potting layer 13; and a curing step S30 for curing the base layer 12 and the potting layer 13.
