PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle cowl part structure, which takes vibration countermeasures and noise countermeasures of a vehicle body by suppressing rocking deformation at a coupled part of a dash upper panel and a dash lower panel. SOLUTION: The vehicle cowl part structure includes a dash lower panel 3, a dash upper panel 13, and a cowl panel 14 which extends forwardly from an upper part of the dash upper panel 13 to support the lower end of a windshield WS. A dash cross member 8 extending in the vehicle width direction is provided on the upper rear face side of the dash lower panel 3, and a reinforcing bracket 19 which couples the dash cross member 8 with the dash upper panel 13 for reinforcement is provided on a rear part of an intermediate part in the vehicle width direction of the dash cross member 8.
