PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall housing type care lift apparatus capable of being used when a care receiver moves to a toilet bowl or a bed from a wheelchair by his own strength and capable of being housed in the wall of a house. SOLUTION: The bearing pipe shaft, which is vertically fixed in a freely rotatable manner by the bearings installed on the beam of an attic and the beam provided at the upper end of the side wall under a ceiling, the arm square pipe 6 which is welded at the upper part of the beam provided at the upper end of the side wall so as to horizontally pierce the side surface of the bearing pipe shaft, and the wire rope 7 piercing through the arm square pipe 6 and the bearing pipe shaft are used not only to hang down the care receiver from the pulley of the hanging-down leading end part of the arm square pipe but also to hang down the liquid container 13A housed in the wall from the pulley on the side of the bearing pipe shaft. The care receiver operates the storage pump and solenoid valve in the water tank under the floor by button operation to send a liquid into the liquid container. Alternatively, the care receiver allows the liquid to flow into a water tank and sets force necessary for caring to active by his or her own strength.
