The invention relates to a fastening plate comprising a plate-like part (2) and anchorage parts (3) fastened thereto, the fastening plate being intended to be arranged in concrete before the concrete hardens and further to be fastened to the concrete by means of the concrete hardening. Each anchorage part (3) is fastened to the plate part (2) by means of a threaded connection provided by a threaded part (4) at the anchorage part and a hole (6) with internal threads (5) and provided in the plate part. The anchorage part (3) comprises an expansion part (6) extending from the threaded part (4), and around the hole (6) in the plate part (2) there is a groove (8) forming a concentric circumference with the hole, the inner surface of the groove being arranged to consist of a flange part (9) around the hole, the flange part being arranged to yield and cover the groove (8) under the influence of the expansion part (7) when the threaded part (4) of the anchorage part is tightened to the internal threads (5) of the hole (6) in the plate part. |
