The device has a suction pipe downwardly guided through a big-bag-attachment pipe for sucking a big-bag during upwardly guiding the big-bag by a lifting device opposite to the suction pipe. The big-bag is connected with the big-bag-attachment pipe at a filler neck section and formed with an outlet opening at the bottom, where the opening has the diameter of 300 mm. The big-bag-attachment pipe is connected to an electrical load cell and provided with a vibrating device.
