PRE-SWIRL STATOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pre-swirl stator of a ship and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable the stator to be mounted on an existing ship without hull damage since each stator with accurate position and angle is previously manufactured outside a hum with sufficient strength. CONSTITUTION: A pre-swirl stator of a ship comprises a port hub(30a), a starboard hub(30b), and blades(10a,10b,10c,10d). The port hub protects the left part of the curved surface of the rear of hull. The starboard hub protects the right part of the curved surface of the rear of the hull. Three of the blades are mounted on the port hub. One of the blades is mounted on the starboard hub. The three blades on the port hub and the one blade on the starboard hub are formed in a trapezoidal shape, in which the length of the hub side is longer than that of the opposite side.
