The backlight module 102 has a light emitting surface 101. The first transparent substrate 106 is arranged on one side of the light emitting surface 101 of the backlight module 102, a plurality of high refractive index areas 108 are formed on one surface adjacent to the light emitting surface 101 within one surface of the first transparent substrate 106, and the refractive index of the high refractive index areas 108 is greater than the refractive index of the first transparent substrate 106. The second substrate 114 is arranged on the first transparent substrate 106 and has a plurality of light transmitting areas 112a, and the light transmitting areas 112a are formed at positions corresponding to the high refractive index areas 108.
