<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer container capable of surely and efficiently stirring developer. <P>SOLUTION: When power is supplied to digital multifunction equipment 10, a first stirring roller 26 starts rotation (S12). When predetermined time elapses to attain time T<SB>1</SB>, whether or not actual revolving speed of a motor 28 attains target revolving speed R<SB>A</SB>is determined (S13). When it is determined that the actual revolving speed of the motor 28 does not attain the target revolving speed R<SB>A</SB>(NO in S13), the target revolving speed is changed from R<SB>A</SB>to R<SB>B</SB>(S15). When the predetermined time elapses to attain time T<SB>2</SB>, if it is determined that the actual revolving speed of the motor 28 attains the target revolving speed R<SB>B</SB>(YES in S16), the target revolving speed is changed from R<SB>A</SB>to R<SB>B</SB>again (S17).
