<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a propagation state of word-of-mouth communication in a community. <P>SOLUTION: A propagation state evaluation apparatus 20 selects reference point user information from user information stored in a user database 251 in each community and transmits notification information including the URL of provided information to a mail address of the reference point user information. Further, the propagation state evaluation apparatus 20 stores access history information including the URL and user ID, calculates the number of propagations which is the number of pieces of access history information corresponding to each community and determines propagation strength according to the number of propagations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
