<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ease of operation in an image forming apparatus having a plurality of Web applications, by overcoming the problem while considering the fact that if an error occurs when a print job input into the image forming apparatus from an Web application is running, a screen showing the contents of the error is displayed always on the forefront surface, so that the screen showing the contents of the error is displayed even on screens of Web applications not directly relating to the occurring error. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a display means for alternatively selecting and displaying the respective screens of the plurality of Web applications generated on the basis of information received from a server, an error detection means for detecting occurrence of an error in a job sent through the Web application, and a control means for controlling an error screen showing the occurrence of the error so as to display the error screen by the display means only when the Web application affected by the occurring error is selected to be displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
