PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive ultrasonic leakage detection device having a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this ultrasonic leakage detection device 1, a portable probe 2 is provided with: a plurality of ultrasonic microphones 7 arranged on vertex positions of a regular polygon, and having directivity; a signal processing circuit 14 for processing an electric signal detected by the plurality of ultrasonic microphones 7; output parts 16, 19 for outputting visibly and audibly a signal processed by the signal processing circuit 14; and a camera 8 arranged on a position of the center of gravity of the plurality of ultrasonic microphones 7, in order to reflect an image in a directive direction of the plurality of ultrasonic microphones 7 and recording a leakage position. The image in the directive direction of the plurality of ultrasonic microphones 7 is reflected by the camera 8 when an output value from the output parts 16, 19 becomes the maximum, to thereby specify and record the position of the center of gravity of the image as a leakage position.
