PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid medical composition containing a Chinese medicine extract, potassium hydrogencarbonate and/or potassium carbonate and a starch, swelling of a packaging container of which is restrained, even if the solid medical composition is preserved in a state that the solid medical composition is filled in a pouch type packaging container. SOLUTION: The soil medical composition contains (A) the Chinese medicine extract, (B) potassium hydrogencarbonate and/or potassium carbonate and (C) the starch and is filled in the pouch type packaging container, wherein the weight of (A) Chinese medicine extract is 3.5 times of the weight of (B) potassium hydrogencarbonate and/or potassium carbonate or more.
