PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half-insertion safety plug automatically protecting an electrode body exposed portion from dust, simultaneously as with a plug body being inserted into a receptacle. SOLUTION: A dual-color silicone rubber dyed with two colors of A and B is attached on top of a plug body around which a thin adhesive silicone rubber is wrapped as countermeasures against slippage, with the main color A arranged in front from an end of the plug toward the receptacle; an inclined thin adhesive silicone rubber is wrapped on top of the silicone rubber wrapped around the plug body as a countermeasure against a roll back; and a flat rubber band is wrapped around a plug recess for fastening.
