PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating type fixing device capable of prolonging a life of a fixing belt while including a meandering preventing regulation member. SOLUTION: A projection line part 205 is arranged over the whole circumference in the circumference direction on the inner circumferential face 113 in the roller axial direction both end parts of a fixing belt 101. A pair of meandering regulation members 108 are arranged on the roller axial direction both sides while putting the fixing belt 101 between them. On the inside of a belt circumferential turning path, a projection part 182 arranged at the end of the meandering regulation member 108 is positioned on the inside in roller axial direction in comparison with the projection line part 205 of the fixing belt 101. When the fixing belt 101 starts to move toward the front side from the device back side because of meandering, the projection part 182 of the meandering regulation member 108 positioned on the device back side is brought into contact with a face 117 of the projection line part 205 on the opposite side (the device back side) to the moving direction, and consequently, the movement of the fixing belt 101 is restricted.
