PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which attains a soundproofing effect while suppressing the rising of manufacture cost. SOLUTION: A digital camera includes: a camera body 1 having an external case; a display part 2 openable/closable to the camera body 1 through an opening/closing mechanism; a housing part 3 housing the display part 2; a substrate connection connector 5a; and a substrate 6a. The housing part 3 has a display part receiving part 4 that receives the opening/closing side end on an opposite side to the end on an opening/closing mechanism side of the display part 2. The substrate connection connector 5a and the substrate 6a are arranged inside the external case at a position where the display part receiving part 4 of the housing part 3 is disposed, and a soundproofing member 7a is arranged in a contact state with the substrate 6a between the external case and the substrate 6a.
