PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal arrangement structure and an assembling method of an engine working machine, improving assembling performance and removal performance in an internal part of a box-shaped case, and thus improving maintainability, when installing or extracting an intake duct and a multistage exhaust silencer from an opening part of an upper surface of a top panel, by improving arrangement and an assembling method of the multistage exhaust silencer and the large intake silencer. SOLUTION: This internal arrangement structure is provided with: the intake silencer 2; an exhaust outlet silencer 7 juxtaposed with the intake silencer 2; the intake duct 1 for placing the intake silencer 2 on an upper surface and connecting the downstream side of an intake flow introduced from an intake inlet to the intake silencer 2; and the exhaust silencer 3 arranged in a lower part of the intake duct 1 and silencing exhaust gas together with the exhaust outlet silencer 7. The intake silencer 2, the exhaust outlet silencer 7, the intake duct 1 and the exhaust silencer 3 are constituted so as to be extractable to an upper part in this order from an opening part by opening the top panel 6.
