PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill a container with a liquid and to substitute gas while the inside is sealed. SOLUTION: A filling nozzle 11 has a double-tube structure consisting of an inner nozzle 11b connected to a liquid feeding means 4, and an outer nozzle 11a connected to a gas feeding means 12. A filling apparatus 2 includes a temporarily closing means 6 for closing a space between an opening part of a container and the outer nozzle by holding an opening part 1c of the container 1 between the outer nozzle and itself, and a sealing means 7 provided below the outer nozzle and the temporarily closing means to seal the opening part while a lower part of the temporarily closing means is below the closed part. The liquid feeding means and the gas feeding means fill the container with a liquid and gas while the temporarily closing means closes a space between the opening part and the outer nozzle. The sealing means seals the opening part of the container while the liquid feeding means and the gas feeding means fill liquid and gas, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
